AUDITION INFORMATION

Foundry Theatre Collective is holding virtual auditions for two productions in our 2026 season, Falsettos and Into the Woods. Performers may audition for one or both shows with a single submission. Foundry does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or national origin. All performers are welcome.

All rehearsals take place in Rockledge at Classical Movement Collective. There are no housing accommodations for this contract.

Submit all virtual materials by March 22.
Callbacks will take place March 28 & 29.

FALSETTOS

A smart, heartfelt musical about love, identity and the messy families we build.

Falsettos follows Marvin as he attempts to create the “perfect” modern family, only to discover how fragile and precious those connections truly are. The show blends sharp comedy with honest emotional depth as characters navigate shifting relationships, self-discovery and an unexpected crisis.

This musical contains mature themes and emotionally intense subject matter, including illness, grief and family conflict.

Finn’s score is quick, intricate and demanding. We are seeking performers with strong musicianship, clean vocals, truthful acting and strong movement ability, as this production uses physical storytelling and ensemble-driven staging.

INTO THE WOODS

A magical, intimate and emotional journey through wishes, consequences and what comes after.

Into the Woods begins with familiar fairy tales colliding, then shifts into a deeper story about desire, responsibility and community. Characters get what they wish for, only to face the truth of what those wishes cost.

Sondheim’s score requires clarity, honesty and strong storytelling. Foundry’s immersive staging invites bold, grounded performers who can balance humor, darkness and emotional connection while bringing the audience directly into the world.
