AUDITIONEES should prepare 16–32 bars of a musical theatre song in the style of the show. Those auditioning for PRINCIPAL ROLES should also prepare a one-minute memorized monologue.
DANCERS will be asked to stay to learn a dance combination within an hour of their scheduled audition time.
AUDITIONEES will be required to upload a digital copy of their resume and headshot (or a recent photo) when signing up.
GUIDELINES
At Theatre at St. Luke’s, we believe every person reflects the image of God and every story has a place on our stage. We are committed to building a reflection of our beautiful and diverse community, both onstage and off. We encourage actors of all races, ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, ages, abilities, religious beliefs, and experiences to audition. All roles are non-paid.
Roles Available: All principal and ensemble roles are available. We are also seeking strong dancers and singers for a vibrant and varied ensemble portraying townsfolk, whimsical creatures, circus performers, USO dancers, saloon dancers, and magical figures. Proficiency in both classical and contemporary musical theatre styles is essential. Tap and acrobatic skills are a plus.
