Actors should prepare a monologue at least one minute in length demonstrating their storytelling ability. Actors will be asked to cold read from the script. Please provide an updated resume and headshot. Please see the cast breakdown below.
GUIDELINES
We are currently seeking creative individuals ages fifteen and up to complete our cast. All experience levels are encouraged.
In person auditions will be held Wednesday, August 30th from 6pm-8pm at our venue at 208 Memory Dr, Falmouth, KY 41040. Video submissions may be submitted to kincaidstage@gmail.com.
As an incentive to sign up with Auditions Manager, the first hour of the open call will be given over exclusively to those who pre-register through this service.

CAST BREAKDOWN:
Katrina Van Tassel - 18-25 a youngish, beautiful and sweet, yet quite stubborn girl. Katrina Van Tassel is used to the refined life of luxury and has many men that take to her liking however, Katrina sees more to life than marriage and love.
Ichabod Crane - 18-30 an easily made fun of Yankee intellectual with a taste for money. Ichabod Crane is clever in his actions and doesn’t back down from the need to be the center of attention.
Abraham Van Brunt - 18-25 Not much more than a simple farmhand with a childish sense of humor. Abraham Van Brunt is the long lasting childhood best friend of Katrina Van Tassel.
Baltus Van Tassel - 30-50 The aging father of Katrina Van Tassel. Baltus Van Tassel is a countryside, distinguished and wealthy man.
Elizabeth Van Tassel - 30-50 The polite and sweet as a mother could be. Elizabeth Van Tassel is more invested in her daughter Katrina Van Tassel’s life than her own.
Young Ichabod Crane- 16-20 A younger and more charming version of Ichabod, even more hyper and outgoing than present day Ichabod.
William Van Brunt - 25-50 The middle class father of Abraham Van Brunt. William Van Brunt is a strong leader and smarter than we may think.
Gossip #1, #2, #3- 16-25 highly motivated young women who spend most of their days telling stories of the town and townspeople of Sleepy Hollow.
Hollow Boy #1, #2, #3 - 16-25 simple farmhands who are always up for a good laugh, a good stein of ale, and a good prank to pull.
NOTE: Actors may be asked to play multiple roles. Rehearsals will be held 2-3 times weekly starting the week of September 4, 2023 and will be based on cast availability. Mandatory rehearsals will be held the evenings of October 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, and 11, approximately 6pm-9pm.
Performances will be October 12, 13, and 14 at 7pm. Actors will receive a stipend of $20 per performance.
