Acting Internship For 2023-2024 Season

We are searching for non-union actors to be a part of our 2023-2024 seasonal acting internship!

Dates: September 18, 2023 - May 26, 2024*

The Acting Internship at Florida Rep is centered around, but not limited to, the Theatre for Young Audiences Program.
Performing in these plays with the Education Program is the Acting Interns' first responsibility. These professional productions are on tour all over Southwest Florida as well as performed on our mainstage. Interns may also be cast in mainstage productions.

2023/2024 Touring TYA: Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day; The True Story of the Three Little Pigs; The Comedy of Errors.

The Performance Interns' duties for each play involve a myriad of tasks and require enthusiasm to work and to learn, and the aim is that Interns leave with a very clear understanding of how this business works on every level and to have worked in a number of capacities using a wide range of skills including Front of House, Production, and more!
