If you would like your materials to be added to our actor database, please answer all the questions in this form and upload your headshot and resume. You may also leave a website link or reel, if you wish.

Orlando Shakes does not personally acknowledge receipt of your information unless we schedule an audition or request additional materials from you. Your submissions will be kept on file for two seasons. We will contact you if we would like to set up an appointment. Completing the database form does not sign you up for our annual AEA and Non-Union General Calls.
