ISC is accepting pre-recorded audition videos for our Summer 2021 production, a "Best of Shakespeare" Awards Show. This production will consist of scenes from different Shakespeare plays that were nominated in various categories by our audience.

Different scenes will be approached in different ways -- some will be rehearsed and performed entirely remotely, while others will begin with virtual rehearsals but involve some in-person work in Ithaca, NY. You can indicate when you register if you only want to be considered for certain types of scenes.

A final performance will be recorded for each scene, and the full production of all scenes will be made available to audiences in recorded form in late July. Scenes will not be performed live for an audience.

Due to the nature of this production, rehearsal schedules will necessarily be more variable than in a typical year. Rehearsals will take place between late May and early July, but different scenes will rehearse at different times during that period.

Rehearsals are typically held weeknight evenings and weekend afternoons, although other times of day may be considered this year if all personnel involved in a given scene are available. More specific details about schedules for specific scenes will be provided along with casting offers.
