GUIDELINES
Please Submit your Picture and Resume and a 32 bar cut of a comedic contemporary musical theatre song, and a one minute comic monologue. Please use piano or tracks, no acapella.
*Actors from the original cast intersted in returning are asked to submit a short video explaining to us what role(s) you are intersted in this time around and you will be invited to the callback. *No song or monologue required.

Auditions will be due by noon on Tuesday, January 24th. Callbacks will be held on Saturday January 28th at 2pm with a mandatory dance call first. (Not all actors will need to dance, we just want to see you move.) *Not everyone will be called back.
Pay:
Urinetown is a part of Theatre South's Professional Theatre Season. As we transition from a community theater, those cast in the show will receive an actor show stipend. *This is a travel stipend and not a living wage. TSP is working hard to secure corporate sponsors to help raise our show fees in the near future to ensure a living wage for all our talented actors and crew. We are only seeking Non-Equity actors at this time.
OTHER INFORMATION
Urinetown rehearsals begin Tuesday, March 21. Rehearsals will be held weeknights at 6-10:30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (tbd) and Saturday afternoons 2-6pm.
Tech Week starts Sunday, April 23rd 1-6pm, with nightly rehearsals 6-11pm.
Show week one is April 27th: Shows Thurs, Fri, Sat at 7pm and Sunday at 2pm (tbd: Sat mats at 2pm and Sunday at 7pm)
Show week two is May 4th: Shows Thurs, Fri, Sat at 7pm and Sun at 2pm (tbd: Sat mats at 2pm and Sunday at 7pm)
A confirmed rehearsal schedule will be available at your audition. *Not everyone will be called to every rehearsal. You will only be called when needed.
