"ANNIE" Rehearsals: Begin on Wednesday the 21st of August Wednesdays from 6:30-10:30pm (Children released at 9:30pm) Thursdays from 6-10pm (Children released at 9:3-pm) Fridays from 6-10pm (Children released at 10pm) Saturdays from 2-6pm Tech Week: Saturday, October 26th - Wednesday, October 30th, *Kids may not be released until 10pm on tech week. **No rehearsal on Halloween ***No rehearsals from Oct 5-13th and Oct 17-20th

Seeking actors of all ethnicities and racial backgrounds, all sexual orientations and gender identities, and all body types. *This is not a re-block of other productions. We are starting from a fresh slate and a new take on the classic story.
"ANNIE" Character Break-Down: Annie A street-wise orphan; she is eventually taken in by Oliver Warbucks. Spunky, friendly, big-voiced.
Daddy Warbucks: A successful businessman with a warm heart. Rich, stiff-collared, bullish. *Does not need to appear bald :)
Grace Farrell: Faithful secretary to Mr. Oliver Warbucks. Poised, sweet, gentle. Dance experience a plus!
Orphans: All must be Dancers! Gymnasts welcome! The other girls in the orphanage with Annie. These girls are gritty, neglected and vulnerable, yet basically honest and potentially loveable.
MOLLY: The littlest orphan, she latches onto Annie for love and protection. KATE: The second youngest orphan after Molly. TESSIE: The crybaby of the orphanage; must have a loud, whiny voice. JULY: The quietest orphan. PEPPER: The toughest orphan, always getting into fights. DUFFY: The oldest orphan, usually forced to help Annie break up the fights. LUCY: The sweetest Orphan MAY: The mystery Orphan...
Servants: The servants at the Warbucks mansion. Includes Drake, Mrs. Pugh, Mrs. Greer, Cecille, and Annette. *All Servants will double as Hooverville folks, the people of NYC and some of FDR's cabinet and the radio show crew.
Miss Hannigan: The orphanage matron who hates children but is fond of liquor. Very disillusioned, bitter, and cold.
Rooster: Miss Hannigan's no-good brother looking for a quick buck. A sleazy, slick con man. *Must Dance. (May double as a Warbucks Servant/Hooverville)
Lily (May double as servant/Hooverville and Star to be) Rooster's girlfriend, who is also out for a quick buck. She is considered to be a floozy and bimbo. *Must dance.
Bert Healy/Servant/Hoovervillle: The ultimate radio personality. He helps Annie by broadcasting about the search for her birth parents.
Roosevelt: The 32nd President of the United States. A Democrat and friend of Warbucks. (*May Double as a servant and Hooverville and possibly Mr. Bundles or Office Ward)
Star-To-Be: A featured vocalist in NYC. Girl off the bus with dreams of Broadway.
Other featured roles: The Boylan Sisters, The President's Cabinet, The Radio Show team, Officer Ward, and Mr. Bundles
Pay: All actors will receive a flat fee stipend and an equal division of our 50/50 nightly raffle and actor tips.
