Actors should prepare 16-32 bars of a song in the style of the show using an (instrumental) backing track. Please include a dance/movement reel along with your submission. An unlisted YouTube link is preferred.
Actors auditioning for the role of Peggy Sawyer, Julian Marsh, or Dorothy Brock should prepare a one minute dramatic monologue.
Actors auditioning for the role of Maggie Jones, or Bert Barry should prepare a one minute comedic monologue.
GUIDELINES
Virtual auditions will be accepted until Tuesday, January 9th 6pm.
Actors may be asked to attend callbacks. Callbacks will be held in person at Osceola Arts on Thursday, January 11th from 6pm-10pm.
A tap dance combination will be taught for callbacks for all dancers and principles who are required to tap in the show. All ensemble, except where noted need to tap.
